Chen I-wan Note:These two Czech researchers submitted their excellent paper to ACTA SEIMOLOGICA SINICA, the English journal, together with my Chinese translation to ACTA SEIMOLOGICA SINICA, the Chinese journal, both under the auspicious of the Geophysics Research Institute of the China Bureau of Seismology. This paper reveals that the time distribution of seismic activities show obvious regularities. Unfortunately the submitted paper became a rock into the sea, it was neither published nor gave any respond.
