Advisor Chen I-wan:Viewing the active role the government should play in promoting innovation projects from analysis of the resistance, embarrassment and problems encountered by ten major science and technology innovation projects developed by Chinese inventors
From the development of ten major science and technology innovation projects developed by Chinese inventors, and the resistance, embarrassment and problems encountered by them, this paper explores the active role the government should play in promoting innovation projects. (13) Based on the innovative “-Theory, which considers that electromagnetic indicate dual features of wave and particles, researcher Wang Wen-xiang and his cooperation partner Yang Wu-yang, Xian-Division of the China Coal Science Research Institute, since 1987 developed a series of instruments, i.e. the DTY geo-electric detector, the SYT physical exploration instrument, the MDCB earthquake precursor monitoring instrument, the DYL type terrestrial stress measurement instrument, the DGH geological structure plane carried exploration survey instrument, the DDM earthquake exploration data processing method, the mine safety mining induced strata terrestrial stress monitoring system.
